Sponsors information

We have reserved a specific time in the Ex Cartiera Latina to allow the booth set-up.

Sponsors will be welcomed in Ex Cartiera Latina from 3 to 6 pm on 2 May 2023.

✓ Platinum sponsors will have a large exhibit space (3x4 m)

Gold sponsors will have a medium table (2.00x0.60m)

Silver sponsors will have a regular table (1.40 x 0.60m)

Demos are 30-minute spaces dedicated to your company.

You will have a private space, free access to all participants and visitors, where you can show new technologies developed, new tools, or give technical demonstrations of the instruments.

You can plan your exhibit space considering the maximum width you have available according to your sponsorship option.

Panels and roll-ups you will decide to carry will have to fit that width. The maximum size of a single rigid panel allowed at the conference will be 200x200 cm. As a consequence, we recommend to carry no more than a single 200x200 cm panel plus few roll-ups (usually 40-50 cm wide).

Please consider the following pictures from previous editions to better understand the space available. In the pictures you will see all standard tables, so if you are a platinum partner you will have a wider space as mentioned above. We will not be responsible for the decision of the location owner to exclude panels or roll-ups that will not fit the reccomended dimensions specified above.

If you are unable to carry your prints we recommend www.pixartprinting.it. If you navigate from Google Chrome you should be able to translate it to English directly from the Italian page or otherwise select Europe at the bottom and then input an Italian address on the checkout.

You can post all your prints directly to the venue maximum 2 days before the event specifying the name of the event (ICGSM 2023). The address is the following:

Ex Cartiera Latina

Via Appia Antica 42

00179 Roma

ITALY

Participants information

The visit will focus on the role of geotechnical and structural monitoring during the construction of the new underground line that passes under most of the famous monuments in the center of Rome, such as the Colosseum, the Basilica of Maxentius, the area of the Imperial Forums, the Temple of Venus and many others. In particular, it will be possible to visit the construction site of the new “Fori Imperiali” station from a number of viewpoints where a complex interaction between monuments, existing underground line and new line required the design, installation and management of a complex monitoring system for the safety of the monuments and of the existing structures.

For the tour we recommend wearing closed shoes (like sports shoes). Safety shoes and helmets are NOT mandatory. In case you have an high visibility jacket feel free to bring it to keep the group different from the tourists presents at the site.
