ICGSM Monitoring Project Challenge
The Innovative Technology Challenge focuses on creativity and forward-thinking in geotechnical monitoring. Participants are invited to present a new technology, system, method, or tool they have developed or conceptualized. Submissions should describe the motivation behind the innovation, how it works, and how it advances current monitoring practices or addresses existing limitations. This challenge aims to showcase emergingideas that have the potential to shape the future of geotechnical monitoring.
The Monitoring Project Challenge invites participants to submit an abstract about a real-world monitoring project or case study that faced major technical, logistical, or contextual challenges. Submissions should describe the main obstacles and explain the methods or solutions used to address them. The competition highlights problem-solving, field experience, and the practical use of geotechnical monitoring under difficult conditions.
