Please find below all the information on deadlines, registration fees and payment procedure

EARLY

(before February 15th 2021)

Included in the registration Fee:

  • the unlimited access to the lecture room and to the exhibitors area during the 3 days Main Course (14-15-16 June 2021);
  • course material.

REGULAR

(before May 31st 2021)

Included in the registration Fee:

  • the unlimited access to the lecture room and to the exhibitors area during the 3 days Main Course (14-15-16 June 2021);
  • course material.

FIELD TRIP

(before May 31st 2021)

Included in the registration Fee:

  • the participation on site in the Field Trip.

MASTER CLASS**

(before May 31st 2021)

Included in the registration Fee:

  • the participation in the Master Class of interest.

Only registrations finalized before the 31st May 2021 will be accepted.

  • Three Master Classes: € 195.00
  • Four Master Classes: € 260.00
  • Five Master Classes: € 300.00
  • Six Master Classes: € 360.00
  • Seven Master Classes: € 385.00
  • Eight Master Classes: € 440.00
  • Nine Master Classes: € 450.00
  • Ten Master Classes: € 500.00
  • Eleven Master Classes: € 550.00
  • Twelve Master Classes: € 600.00

All prices are VAT not included. Currently 22%.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS

  • Complete package (choose of Main Course, all the Master Classes and Field Trip): 20% discount
  • Company Discount (2 or more registrants of the same company): 15% discount
  • Past Edition Participant (participant of one past edition): 10% discount

PAYMENTS

The registration fee must be paid in Euro (€) by bank transfer. Further instructions will follow the online registration.

Please note that admission to the Course cannot be garanteed unless full payment has been received before the 7th June 2021

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel, cancellations made prior to the 1st March 2021 will be entitled to a full refund minus 20% of total amount for the service fee. Cancellations made after the 1st March 2021 will not be given a refund, however substitutions are allowed.

LOGO + EXHIBITION AREA** + N.1 MASTER CLASS

Included in this option:

  • your logo in all the promotional material, newsletter, website – Your company profile in the “Partners” page of the website.
  • Exhbition Area: You will have a virtual booth where you can share your company’s promotional material with participants and you can talk to them via chat or call. This option includes also the participation of 2 delegates of company to the Main Course.
  • The sponsorship of ONLY ONE Master Class during which you will have a slot of about 20 minutes. This option includes also the participation of 1 delegate of company to the sponsored Master Class.
