PAYMENTS

The registration fee must be paid by credit card or different payment method available in the registration form.

Special promotional packages are available for companies registering multiple participants, offering added value and cost savings for group bookings.

Please note that registration to the event is not guaranteed until the payment is finalized.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made before 1st March 2026 will be entitled to a full refund minus 20% of total amount for the service fee.

Cancellations made after 1st March 2026 will not be given a refund, however substitutions are allowed.

Visa Responsibility

Participants are responsible for obtaining any required entry visas in a timely manner to ensure their participation in the event. We cannot offer refunds in cases where a visa is denied or issued too late.
