Partners information

We have reserved a specific time in the Casa dell’Aviatore to allow the exhibit set-up. Partners will be welcomed in Casa dell’Aviatore from 3 to 5 pm on 14 June 2022.

✓ Platinum partners will have a double exhibit space (a long table or a double standard table) that will be 200-300 cm wide and 80 cm deep plus two chairs, two sockets and wifi connection.

Gold partners will have a standard table 150 cm wide and 80 cm deep plus one chair, one socket and wifi connection.

You can plan your exhibit space considering the maximum width you have available according to your sponsorship option. Panels and roll-ups you will decide to carry will have to fit that width. The maximum size of a single rigid panel allowed at the conference will be 200x200 cm. As a consequence, we recommend to carry no more than a single 200x200 cm panel plus few roll-ups (usually 40-50 cm wide).

Please consider the following pictures from previous editions to better understand the space available. In the pictures you will see all standard tables, so if you are a platinum partner you will have a wider space as mentioned above. We will not be responsible for the decision of the location owner to exclude panels or roll-ups that will not fit the reccomended dimensions specified above.

If you are unable to carry your prints we recommend www.pixartprinting.it. If you navigate from Google Chrome you should be able to translate it to English directly from the Italian page or otherwise select Europe at the bottom and then input an Italian address on the checkout.

You can post all your prints directly to the venue maximum 2 days before the event specifying the name of the event (ICGSM 2022). The address is the following:

Casa dell’Aviatore

Viale dell’Università 20

00185 Roma

ITALY
