10% of discount* will be applied to the participants in the following categories:

PAYMENTS

The registration fee must be paid in Euro (€) by bank transfer. Further instructions will follow the online registration.

Please note that admission to the course or field trip cannot be guaranteed if payment is not received on or before 30th May 2022.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel, cancellations made prior to the 1st April 2022 will be entitled to a full refund minus 20% of total amount for the service fee. Cancellations made after the 1st April will not be given a refund, however substitutions are allowed.

The participants have the option to convert their Regular Registration (on site) to a Virtual Registration if the need arises. In this case, the difference between the two fees will not be refunded.
